Seriously, people. This is America - or was, at any rate. We’re the wealthiest, most powerful nation on the fucking planet - or were, at any rate. Simply put, THIS SHIT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN HERE. Profit for the megacorps über alles has clearly failed in this regard, yet the GOP and their cheerleaders insist that this is the only method we should be allowed to use. And you know what they say about the definition of insanity…

I went over to the Post site and it made me ill what some folks wrote. I wrote WaPo and asked them to review each comment.
The Public Health system failed this young man and his family. It has failed us all. We need to work harder.
