Hating Liberals: The Perennial Conservative Sport
Is it just me, or is there just no end to the eliminationist circle-jerking coming from the right these days? In the last few weeks alone, we’ve had Bill-O claiming that “The International Soros [is] The World’s Foremost Problem,” conservatives of various stripes blaming liberals for the Virinia Tech massacre and pretty much everything as far back as Original Sin, and even an Eric Rudolph wannabe attempting to ply his trade at a South Austin abortion clinic.
But you know, this eliminationist fritatta just isn’t complete without Thomas “Token” Sowell adding his own odious blend of “kill the libruls” projectile vomit to the mix:
When I see the worsening degeneracy in our politicians, our media, our educators, and our intelligentsia, I can’t help wondering if the day may yet come when the only thing that can save this country is a military coup.
Umm…Yeah. Mr. Sowell, I’m done reading this book if you want some pro-theocracy pr0n to jizz all over.
