MSRNC: Bush commutes Libby sentence.
I’m outraged, but hardly suprised by this decision. From Day One, this administration has been all about making sure that they can’t be held accountable for anything they do. And now, Bush has effectively placed him and his cronies above the reach of any law by doing this. We no longer live in a democracy. Welcome to the Dictatorship of Bush, where the law of the land is criminals like “Scooter” Libby go free, wiretaps for you and me.
