Well, I’m off to San Angelo for Thanksgiving again. Posting will be erratic to nonexistent. Then again, how is that different from the rest of this month?

What’s that all aboot?
I was rather amused when I read that John Aravosis’ computer thinks he’s French. Especially considering something I noticed recently with my copy of MS Word 2003. It seems to think I’m Canadian.
No, seriously. Every time I fire the damn fool thing up, the spellchecker defaults to “English (Canada),” and all efforts to change it back to “English (U.S.)” are ineffectual. It didn’t do this before - only in the last month or so. So if I suddenly start inserting extra “u”s into words that shouldn’t have them, you’ll know why…
Maybe I should just tell my computer to take off, eh?
