Paulite zaniness FTW! …Or is it WTF?!

Ron Paul’s supporters sure do like to have fun with T3h Internets.

Ron Paul devotees heckle Sean “@$$hole” Hannity for Fux’s decision to exclude Paul from the New Hampshire debate:

A Ron Paul supporter blasts Sean Hannity to the tune of If I Only Had a Brain:

Heh. If they only had a brain, indeed.

Update: Over at Eschaton, they have a hilarious take on Brave Sir Sean.

New Hampshire Notes

Just a few random musings on the goings on in the Granite State:

  • Dixville Notch, that small town in northern New Hampshire that gets the ball rolling in the Granite State primary, already has its results in. On the Rethuglican side, Sen. John “Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb bomb Iran” McCain wins Dixville Notch with 4 votes, Gov. Willard Mitt Romney is in second with 2 votes, and Rudy “Noun, Verb, 9/11” Giuliani takes third with 1 vote. Meanwhile, on the Democratic side, Sen. Obama leads with 7 votes, Sen. Edwards managed to get his foot out of his mouth long enough to pick up 2 votes, while Gov. Richardson has 1 vote. Sen. Clinton polled no votes at all. Not a sausage. Bugger all.

  • Speaking of Dixville Notch, if you want a nerdy interpretation of the paltry number of votes Dixville Notch can contribute to the New Hampshire totals (17 - 10 votes for Dems, 7 for Rethugs), Dixville Notch has about as many registered voters casting ballots today as the entire population of the average large town in a 8-bit/16-bit era RPG.

  • Turnout is so heavy, especially on the Democratic side, that at noon CST today, there were reports that some precincts were having to order additional ballots because they were worried that they’d run out of ballots. If Iowa is any indication, this will benefit both Obama and Edwards.

Keep on rockin’ New Hampshire. I’ll be at Drinking Liberally tonight watching the returns.

The “Librul” Media vs. John Edwards

Interesting. And it just makes Edwards’ foot-in-mouth moment yesterday all the more inexcusable.

Thank you, President Bush!

Thanks for saving us from the evils of socialized medicine, labor unions, job security, living wages and any iota of concern for the environment. But most importantly, thanks for dropping our standard of living below Yrup’s for the first time in a century!
