The Fourth Circus Court* of Appeals slaps CACI silly for their SLAPP suit against Randi Rhodes and Air America.

* So named because the Fourth Circuit is the most conservative of the federal appellate courts. Term shamelessly bogarted from Pillz-E’s list of derogatory terms.
