Labels for thee, but not for me!

More from the Palin/McRove interview with Brian Williams:

WILLIAMS: Senator, you recently talked about the liberal feminist agenda in America, vis-a-vis the attacks on Governor Palin.

Sen. McCAIN: Mm-hmm, yeah.

WILLIAMS: Governor, are you a feminist?

PALIN: I’m not going to label myself anything, Brian. And I think that’s what annoys a lot of Americans, especially in a political campaign, is to start trying to label different parts of America, different backgrounds, different — I’m not going to put a label on myself.

Okay, so you won’t apply a label to yourself (even though you eagerly labeled yourself a “feminist” when it was Katie Couric doing the asking), but you’re perfectly willing to brand your opponent with whatever label is handy? Way to be consistent there, Governor!

Wink, Wink, Nudge, Nudge

You’d think that given the mounting evidence of Brian Williams’ biases, Governor Palin would be as open with him as she is with perennial lobber-of-softballs-at-conservatives Sean Hannity. Sadly, no. Just watch what happens when Williams asks her if people who bomb abortion clinics are terrorists:

Notice how she filibusters for about two minutes on how Obama is an evil America-hater because he once was in the same room as Bill Ayers before hedging, saying that although what they do is deplorable, it’s not terrorism. She does this every time Williams presses her on the point — which is to say, twice.

Well, gee, ain’t that conveeeenient, Governor? What, it’s not terrorism when your side does it? Don’t you realize what kind of message that sends to every Eric Rudolph with a pipe bomb out there? Sweet Zombie Jesus, Governor, THINK for once in your goddamn life! Do you really want the blood of the women and doctors who will be killed by your cavalier partisan hackery on your hands, Governor?

If you needed any more proof as to why this woman must not be elected to the second highest office in the land, here it is.

Is it November 4th yet?
