Sidebar: If it seems that I’m extremely sensitive to matters of censorship — particularly where Round Rock I.S.D. is concerned, I have good reason. My alma mater, Westwood High School, was at the center of a book banning controversy my freshman year that received extensive local coverage. It is one of the three key events in my life that turned me off of organized religion in general.
