First there was global warming-denier-cum-NASA chief Michael Griffin taking his ball and going home because the Obama transition team had the temerity to question the feasibility of his pet project.

Then the Bush administration denied Obama’s request to move into Blair House earlier so that his daughters can start the new semester on time.

And now the DOJ won’t let the Obama transition team see the documentation for the Bush administration’s policies on illegal wiretapping and torture.

Is it just me, or is Bush, in a fit of childish pique, joining the Spite Caucus?
