If Sen. Chris Dodd is found dancing the Tyburn Jig from the ceiling fan in his office, I’ll know to point the cops at Sammy The Senator Slapper*.

If Congress gets bombed, I’ll know to point the FBI, BATF and DHS at Rep. Phil Gringrey (R — Taliban).
