Earth to Michelle Malkin:
Counter-insurgency is what the GOVERNMENT (or more specifically, a foreign power aiding said government) does. Technically speaking, you and the teabaggers are the insurgents.
It figures, though. A pundit as tone-deaf about the internment of Japanese-Americans in WWII like Malkin would have a hard time understanding the difference between insurgency and counter-insurgency. Here’s a hint, Michelle: counter-insurgency is what our troops in Iraq have been doing ever since Commander Codpiece declared Mission Accomplished.
