Damn the Backwards Utilizing Tracking Torpedoes!
John “Spathi” Hinderaker, looking for any excuse to delegitimize charges of a racist element to the teabaggers:
In that 12 percent, we have identified the hard core of President Obama’s support—those who, if the Obama administration said the moon is made of green cheese, would believe it. Or pretend to, anyway.
Right. Because John Hinderaker would never eagerly perform verbal fellatio on a politician just because their political views mostly meshed! No, not ever!
It must be very strange to be President Bush. A man of extraordinary vision and brilliance approaching to genius, he can’t get anyone to notice. He is like a great painter or musician who is ahead of his time, and who unveils one masterpiece after another to a reception that, when not bored, is hostile.
Oh. Well, that’s different, then.

Did you see this?
What’s with these guys, don’t they realize that the country was “realigned” last November, and it was called “the election”?
You guys (Dems) seriously need to take back all this “my country” rhetoric from these idiots. If they really want to look at it in those “us or them” terms, it’s actually YOUR country, not theirs.
Heh - we actually have a small (small small small) movement afoot here to “Take Canada Back!” I don’t know from what, since the conservatives have been in office for over 3 years, but they want to take it back from “something”. Moderate conservatives, I guess.

Well, there’s your first problem, Bobbo - attacking Carter for an accusation that only the voices in your head think he made.
But hey, if the racist shoe fits…
And here’s your second major problem:
Althouse is NOT an “independent” by any stretch of the imagination.
It only gets worse from there.

“Brilliance approaching to genius”? That’s not even a proper English construction, much less an accurate statement about Dumbya’s intellect.
It is, however, when taken in context, a fine example of Teh Stoopid–as is citing Ann Outhouse as if she were an “independent”.
